The process starts with an initial meeting at no charge, on either a face to face basis or by telephone. This will establish the issues and we can clarify with you
a) if we can help
b) the process and work required
c) the likely fees and costs going forward
d) we will also introduce or direct you to other CLA afffiliated organisations if your needs are better suited to them.
You will be kept informed throughout the process by letter, email and meetings as appropriate. When necessary and at your request, we will introduce you to specialist advisers such as Tax specialists and wealth managers in order to deliver the planning process.
